All products sold by Black Helix Labs are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
They are not for human consumption, medical use, or diagnostic application.
By purchasing, you confirm that:

  • You are a qualified researcher, institution, or customer using products for lawful laboratory purposes.
  • You understand and comply with applicable local, provincial, and federal regulations regarding research materials.
  1. Orders and Payments
  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
  • Orders are processed only upon receipt of full payment.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Payment processing is handled securely through verified third-party services.
  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Shipments occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Free express shipping applies to orders over $400 CAD within Canada.
  • Black Helix Labs is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
  1. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence via info@blackhelixlabs.com.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Black Helix Labs, its owners, affiliates, or suppliers be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or misuse—of any product purchased.
All buyers assume full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and lawful use of research materials.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Ontario.
